Patalpuri Temple
An ancient subterranean temple inside the fort, traditionally visited together with Akshayavat.
History
Patalpuri is one of the oldest continuously venerated shrines at Prayag, described by early travellers to the region and long associated with the Akshayavat above it.
Religious & cultural significance
The temple houses a large number of deities in its underground chambers and is part of the traditional Prayag pilgrimage circuit.

Same approach as Allahabad Fort, from Sangam Road.
